The 12ft by 10ft beach hut is located on Mudeford Spit in Christchurch Harbour, Dorset.
Four buyers placed offers on this hut, which has now been named as the most expensive beach hut in Britain.
Two of these potential buyers had not even viewed the property, which was originally listed for £325,000. The selling price beats the record for the former most expensive beach hut, also on Mudeford Sandbank that was sold for £295,000.
The beach huts on Mudeford Spi have no mains electricity or running water and shower facilities are in a shared communal block. There are over 350 beach huts at Mudeford, all of which are privately owned.
